About Dermatologist Dr. Hamid Bamshad
Hamid Bamshad, RPA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant who provides comprehensive medical and dermatologic care for patients with the utmost care and compassion.
He was graduated with honors from Touro Medical College in June, 1987. Then he worked at Mount Sinai Hospital of Manhattan, and ODA healthcare Center of Brooklyn & Manhattan, in internal medicine, and pediatrics departments for around 10 year. He then followed his passion and worked as a Physician Assistant in dermatology since 2001. He was trained to treat all ages and skin types. His passion is driven by the bonds he builds with his patients over the course of their lives and the enjoyment he holds in keeping them healthy and well. His dedication to the dermatology specialty is evident in the time he spends with each patient.
H. Bamshad, RPA-C, is an expert in treating all types of acne and warts, his knowledge in treating eczema, hair loss, abscess, fungal/viral/bacterial infections, keloids, inflammatory rashes/lesions, skin discolorations, and other skin/hair/nail conditions, is remarkable.
In general, all patients are treated by him with the most advanced techniques and old-fashioned care. Knowing multiple languages is another reason for patients to feel comfortable with him. He speaks English, Farsi, Hebrew.
