About Psychiatrist Dr. Natanel Viktoriya
Dr. Viktoriya Natanel is a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with nine years of nursing experience. Being familiar with depression, anxiety, insomnia as well as panic disorder, she strives to educate her patients about mental health and medications, proper drug use and interactions, adverse drug reactions, and the course and prognosis of mental illness.
Her treatment approach is to support the mind and body of each individual while utilizing the most modern approaches to neuropsychiatry, psychotherapy, and medication management, including a combination of talk therapy, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, solution-focused therapy as well as CBT.
Dr. Natanel’s goal is for you to leave the session understanding your treatment plan. She always works with her patients to develop the best care plan that is both effective and comforting. She speaks English, Ukranian, Russian. Progress and collaboration are the keys.
